I have spent most of my career in engineering, product management, and consulting around software developer tools and IT automation software. I am the author of Second Life - A Guide To Your Virtual World and the organizer of the Seattle Second Life Meetup. I have also written the book Software Configuration Management Strategies and Rational ClearCase.
Most recently, I was VP of Product Management for iConclude, a Madrona venture-backed start-up, which sold to Opsware and subsequently HP in fall of 2007. I am now working as Director of Developer Resources for Amazon Web Services.
